Freehold Township has a Fire Safety and Prevention Team available to serve the needs of the community through programs designed to prepare our children on what to do in case of a fire. These programs are available free of charge to our Township schools and municipal agencies. Our programs are an effective and fun way to educate our young residents.
Our program takes about an hour but can be shortened or extended based on your available time.
We offer:
Dress and interact with the Firefighter
911 dialing procedures
Stop, Drop and Roll
Questions and answer period
Sit in a real fire truck (weather permitting)
We can come to you or you can come to the Firehouse. Help us to educate and protect our children.
