Flu Clinics

Everyone ages 6 months and older should get a flu vaccine every year. While influenza (flu) may cause mild illness in some people, in others it can cause serious illness, hospitalization and death. Children, the elderly, pregnant woman and people who are immunocompromised are all more likely to experience severe illness.

An annual flu shot is the most effective way to protect yourself and the people around you. Flu vaccine reduces your risk of getting sick with the flu. Even if you do get the flu, people who have been vaccinated are less likely to experience severe illness.

Flu and pneumococcal vaccines are offered to residents every fall. Community clinics are held at a variety of locations and homebound vaccinations are available for those who cannot leave their home due to physical, social or emotional reasons.   Review our clinic schedule below, or call us to schedule a homebound visit.
